Ana and her mother are leaving a broken, war-torn Earth on a colony ship, bound for a habitable planet called Omega in the Proxima Centauri system. Having recently lost her father, both Ana and her mother are hoping for a fresh start. But there are people on board who pose a threat to their new life, bringing their old Earth enmities into space. When Ana wakes up from hyper-sleep, she discovers that the ship has crash-landed on Omega. Most of the other sleep pods are open, including her mother’s, but where is everyone?

Hello Bellatrix, I am very happy to answer your questions.

I get the results on a Tuesday afternoon. I then have until Thursday morning to turn in my chapter, which for this level is between 2000 and 2500 words. It's quite a busy few days, but lots of fun!

I've already written a few Level One books. Please check out Spy and Cheese or Aunt Agatha: Alien Explorer. I'm hoping to write more.

I was writing for years before I was successful, and in that time ALL my books were turned down, but with practice and hard work it began to pay off. People often ask me for tips on becoming a writer. I tell them that one of the most important things is perseverance. The difference between a successful writer and an unsuccessful one is that the successful one kept going!

PS - Sometimes my books STILL get turned down. GRRR!

Yes I really want to hear from you about what happens next!
